Brad Anagnos is the founder of Anagnos Investment Management, a Texas-based property management and consulting firm focused on manufactured home communities and RV parks. A University of North Texas accounting graduate and former state tax specialist and supervisor, Brad brings a strong financial background and a methodical, data-driven approach to real estate. Since launching the company in 2021, Brad has grown it from a single rental property into a specialized portfolio of 6 RV and Manufactured Home Communities with over 250 lots spanning multiple Texas counties. In addition to full-service management, he advises small- to mid-size park owners on how to develop systems, streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability. Brad is passionate about building thriving communities and creating long-term value for owners, residents, and investors. His leadership blends financial discipline with a hands-on commitment to sustainable growth.

In 2016, Tang ventured into real estate investment. Over the years, he has successfully completed over 400 real estate transactions, showcasing his ability to navigate the complex world of real estate. Tang's experience includes more than 100 single-family home rehabilitations, where he has added value to properties and provided quality housing to numerous families. During and after the pandemic, Tang identified a growing trend in RVs and recreational living, along with a significant need for affordable housing. Recognizing this opportunity, he entered the mobile home space in 2020. Since then, he has contributed to dozens of new mobile home sales, helping meet the demand for cost-effective living options.In 2023, Tang Wynn took a significant step forward by going all-in on RV parks. To date, he has acquired four RV parks, demonstrating his commitment to this niche market. Tang is now focused on overseeing operations and marketing efforts to stabilize these assets quickly, ensuring they reach their full potential. Tang Wynn continues to make a substantial impact in the real estate and RV park industries, leveraging his years of experience and keen insight into market trends. His journey from entrepreneurship to becoming a leading figure in RV park investments highlights his adaptability and vision for the future.

James Connolly is the co-founder and President of Trove, the premier digital software platform for manufactured home retailers. Before Trove, James was the CEO of the largest manufactured home retailer in California. In just 4-years since founding his dealership, he generated over 50k online leads and sold over 500 homes using just 3-lot models. The key advantage of his strategy was leveraging digital media (Google & Facebook) and building interactive website tools to focus on the next generation of homebuyers. His learnings from this retailer inspired him to found Trove over 2 years ago, which now works with almost 100 retailers across the country including leading brands like Magnolia Estates and Homes Direct. Trove offers digital marketing, website, and CRM services to help its retailers stand out online & drive more sales in less time. Trove’s goal is to help its clients focus on what they do best, which is selling & building homes for their customers.

David has over a decade of experience in the manufactured housing industry in Marketing and Business Development at 21st Mortgage Corp. in Knoxville, TN. He has also owned multiple local businesses, so he is very well aware of the struggles and challenges of owning a business, and what it takes to market and advertise in your community. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA and currently lives in Grand Junction, CO with his wife and 3 kids. When not working, you can find him biking, surfing, snowboarding, or just hanging out in the mountains with his family.

We spend months crafting unique seminars during our annual fall show that you can only hear if you attend our annual Fall Home Show. Each educational seminar has the main premise of helping our retailers & community owners learn more about our product lines from our tiniest of Tiny homes to our massive Doublewide dream homes, how to win with Legacy Financing, tips on feature benefiting that upsells the competition, as well as what marketing tricks & social media strategy that will work for your business.
