Jason acquired assets and disposed of commercial properties in the multifamily and apartment sector for investors spread throughout various major U.S. metros. He then started a full-service commercial brokerage in 2019 specializing in multifamily throughout the Southeast before partnering up with Tyler and forming MHCI Group which is now the largest private owner of mobile home communities in Arkansas. Jason has a business focused mindset, skilled in negotiating, and will be providing strategic planning, and implementing company systems & operations. Tyler Lekas is a seasoned professional with a robust background in finance and real estate investment. His career began at First Investors, where he honed his skills as a Financial Advisor. Transitioning to Stifel Nicolaus, Tyler adeptly managed a diverse portfolio of retail and institutional funds. In 2017, he pivoted towards the niche of mobile home parks, marking his entry into real estate with the acquisition of a 55-unit park in Florida in 2018. As the co-founder of MHCI Group, Tyler, alongside Jason, has strategically expanded the company's holdings to 697 units across the Southeast. This impressive growth has positioned MHCI Group as the foremost private owner of mobile home parks in Arkansas. In his multifaceted role, Tyler is instrumental in overseeing the property management team and spearheading construction projects. He is also actively involved in conducting inspections for potential acquisitions, providing expertise in managing private utilities, and coordinating the integration of new and pre-owned homes into the communities. Tyler's comprehensive oversight ensures the operational excellence and strategic growth of MHCI Group's portfolio.

Currently, Greg serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Elite MH Solutions, a full-service manufactured home construction company. Over the years, he has played a crucial role in the development and management of numerous housing communities, directly overseeing the introduction of thousands of new homes from the ground up. His extensive experience spans community management, sales, inventory control, and operational leadership, where Greg excelled in streamlining processes, optimizing service operations, and driving efficiency across all levels of the business. Known for his strategic mindset and out of the box critical thinking, Greg implemented innovative operational processes that have transformed the business’s day-to-day functions and contributed to long-term growth. Amanda Carranza joined the Elite MH Solutions team in December 2022, bringing with her a wealth of management expertise and a passion for excellence. As Director of Operations, Amanda works closely with both the CEO and President, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future. Her journey into the Manufactured Housing industry began in 2021, following a successful career in the medical field. Embracing a new challenge, Amanda quickly made her mark by managing one of the largest properties in her previous organization’s portfolio. Her innovative leadership style and forward-thinking approach led to remarkable success in her first year, setting the stage for her growing influence in the industry. Amanda’s passion for Manufactured Housing is evident in her commitment to every new home set. Her dedication to leading a high-performing team and exceeding expectations quickly caught the attention of Elite MH Solutions’ leadership. In 2016, Tang ventured into real estate investment. Over the years, he has successfully completed over 400 real estate transactions, showcasing his ability to navigate the complex world of real estate. Tang's experience includes more than 100 single-family home rehabilitations, where he has added value to properties and provided quality housing to numerous families. During and after the pandemic, Tang identified a growing trend in RVs and recreational living, along with a significant need for affordable housing. Recognizing this opportunity, he entered the mobile home space in 2020. Since then, he has contributed to dozens of new mobile home sales, helping meet the demand for cost-effective living options.In 2023, Tang Wynn took a significant step forward by going all-in on RV parks. To date, he has acquired four RV parks, demonstrating his commitment to this niche market. Tang is now focused on overseeing operations and marketing efforts to stabilize these assets quickly, ensuring they reach their full potential. Tang Wynn continues to make a substantial impact in the real estate and RV park industries, leveraging his years of experience and keen insight into market trends. Ken Shipley Jr. began his journey in the manufactured housing industry at 17, accumulating 15 years of expertise. As General Manager of Bell Mobile Homes for the past 5 years, he excelled in problem-solving and client engagement. Mentored by his father, industry titan Kenny Shipley, Ken Jr. mastered leveraging social media, revolutionizing his sales approach, and effectively reaching customers seeking affordable housing. In his spare time, he enjoys being out in nature visiting local parks near his home and spending quality time with his family.

David has over a decade of experience in the manufactured housing industry in Marketing and Business Development at 21st Mortgage Corp. in Knoxville, TN. He has also owned multiple local businesses, so he is very well aware of the struggles and challenges of owning a business, and what it takes to market and advertise in your community. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA and currently lives in Grand Junction, CO with his wife and 3 kids. When not working, you can find him biking, surfing, snowboarding, or just hanging out in the mountains with his family.

Arilene Carrasco is the Co-Founder and CEO of Diamond Homes. An enthusiastic young woman, her focus and determination are key to her success in day-to-day operations. As a mother of a beautiful young boy and the wife of a supportive husband, she draws inspiration from her family to reach new heights. At the age of 26, she entered the manufactured home business, driven by her mission to help more families achieve homeownership. Although she acknowledges that establishing her own business was challenging, her hard work has paid off. Arilene has built a strong reputation in the manufactured homes industry and takes pride in her dedicated team, whose collaboration continues to fuel their success. Delivering the keys of a new home to families who once believed homeownership was out of reach is what motivates her to work harder each day.
