During and after the pandemic, Tang identified a growing trend in RVs and recreational living, along with a significant need for affordable housing. Recognizing this opportunity, he entered the mobile home space in 2020. Since then, he has contributed to dozens of new mobile home sales, helping meet the demand for cost-effective living options.In 2023, Tang Wynn took a significant step forward by going all-in on RV parks. To date, he has acquired four RV parks, demonstrating his commitment to this niche market. Tang is now focused on overseeing operations and marketing efforts to stabilize these assets quickly, ensuring they reach their full potential. Tang Wynn continues to make a substantial impact in the real estate and RV park industries, leveraging his years of experience and keen insight into market trends. Ken Shipley Jr. began his journey in the manufactured housing industry at 17, accumulating 15 years of expertise. As General Manager of Bell Mobile Homes for the past 5 years, he excelled in problem-solving and client engagement. Mentored by his father, industry titan Kenny Shipley, Ken Jr. mastered leveraging social media, revolutionizing his sales approach, and effectively reaching customers seeking affordable housing. In his spare time, he enjoys being out in nature visiting local parks near his home and spending quality time with his family.

James Connolly is the co-founder and President of Trove, the premier digital software platform for manufactured home retailers. Before Trove, James was the CEO of the largest manufactured home retailer in California. In just 4-years since founding his dealership, he generated over 50k online leads and sold over 500 homes using just 3-lot models. The key advantage of his strategy was leveraging digital media (Google & Facebook) and building interactive website tools to focus on the next generation of homebuyers. His learnings from this retailer inspired him to found Trove over 2 years ago, which now works with almost 100 retailers across the country including leading brands like Magnolia Estates and Homes Direct. Trove offers digital marketing, website, and CRM services to help its retailers stand out online & drive more sales in less time. Trove’s goal is to help its clients focus on what they do best, which is selling & building homes for their customers.

David has over a decade of experience in the manufactured housing industry in Marketing and Business Development at 21st Mortgage Corp. in Knoxville, TN. He has also owned multiple local businesses, so he is very well aware of the struggles and challenges of owning a business, and what it takes to market and advertise in your community. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA and currently lives in Grand Junction, CO with his wife and 3 kids. When not working, you can find him biking, surfing, snowboarding, or just hanging out in the mountains with his family.
