Derek’s professional journey began with an electrical apprenticeship, where he acquired a robust technical foundation. He knew from the time he was young he wanted to be a thriving entrepreneur. He dove headfirst into starting Elite MH Solutions, where he was hands on, open minded and willing to learn bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and a passion for growth. In addition to his hands-on experience, Derek is a Licensed Builder and Licensed HUD Installer, credentials that underscore his expertise and dedication to the construction industry. His vast construction knowledge, ability to adapt to industry changes, and willingness to embrace innovation are pivotal to his success. Derek is an active member of the Michigan Manufactured Housing Association, amongst others reflecting his commitment to the industry and its advancement. His professional goal is to continue expanding the reach of his companies, ensuring they provide affordable housing solutions and contribute to the industry's growth.

Amanda Carranza joined the Elite MH Solutions team in December 2022, bringing with her a wealth of management expertise and a passion for excellence. As Director of Operations, Amanda works closely with both the CEO and President, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future. Her journey into the Manufactured Housing industry began in 2021, following a successful career in the medical field. Embracing a new challenge, Amanda quickly made her mark by managing one of the largest properties in her previous organization’s portfolio. Her innovative leadership style and forward-thinking approach led to remarkable success in her first year, setting the stage for her growing influence in the industry. Amanda’s passion for Manufactured Housing is evident in her commitment to every new home set. Her dedication to leading a high-performing team and exceeding expectations quickly caught the attention of Elite MH Solutions’ leadership. Her insights, strategic vision, and meticulous follow-through have significantly enhanced the company’s operations. Amanda’s role involves consulting with everyone from the CEO to the newest crew lead, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards. Outside of work, Amanda is deeply devoted to her family. She cherishes outdoor adventures and all things nature, making the most of Michigan’s diverse seasons with her loved ones and pets. In 2016, Tang ventured into real estate investment. Over the years, he has successfully completed over 400 real estate transactions, showcasing his ability to navigate the complex world of real estate. Tang's experience includes more than 100 single-family home rehabilitations, where he has added value to properties and provided quality housing to numerous families. During and after the pandemic, Tang identified a growing trend in RVs and recreational living, along with a significant need for affordable housing. Recognizing this opportunity, he entered the mobile home space in 2020. Since then, he has contributed to dozens of new mobile home sales, helping meet the demand for cost-effective living options.In 2023, Tang Wynn took a significant step forward by going all-in on RV parks. To date, he has acquired four RV parks, demonstrating his commitment to this niche market. Tang is now focused on overseeing operations and marketing efforts to stabilize these assets quickly, ensuring they reach their full potential. Tang Wynn continues to make a substantial impact in the real estate and RV park industries, leveraging his years of experience and keen insight into market trends. His journey from entrepreneurship to becoming a leading figure in RV park investments highlights his adaptability and vision for the future.

Ken Shipley Jr. began his journey in the manufactured housing industry at 17, accumulating 15 years of expertise. As General Manager of Bell Mobile Homes for the past 5 years, he excelled in problem-solving and client engagement. Mentored by his father, industry titan Kenny Shipley, Ken Jr. mastered leveraging social media, revolutionizing his sales approach, and effectively reaching customers seeking affordable housing. In his spare time, he enjoys being out in nature visiting local parks near his home and spending quality time with his family.

David has over a decade of experience in the manufactured housing industry in Marketing and Business Development at 21st Mortgage Corp. in Knoxville, TN. He has also owned multiple local businesses, so he is very well aware of the struggles and challenges of owning a business, and what it takes to market and advertise in your community. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA and currently lives in Grand Junction, CO with his wife and 3 kids. When not working, you can find him biking, surfing, snowboarding, or just hanging out in the mountains with his family.

Arilene Carrasco is the Co-Founder and CEO of Diamond Homes. An enthusiastic young woman, her focus and determination are key to her success in day-to-day operations. As a mother of a beautiful young boy and the wife of a supportive husband, she draws inspiration from her family to reach new heights. At the age of 26, she entered the manufactured home business, driven by her mission to help more families achieve homeownership. Although she acknowledges that establishing her own business was challenging, her hard work has paid off. Arilene has built a strong reputation in the manufactured homes industry and takes pride in her dedicated team, whose collaboration continues to fuel their success. Delivering the keys of a new home to families who once believed homeownership was out of reach is what motivates her to work harder each day.
