Brad Anagnos is the founder of Anagnos Investment Management, a Texas-based property management and consulting firm focused on manufactured home communities and RV parks. A University of North Texas accounting graduate and former state tax specialist and supervisor, Brad brings a strong financial background and a methodical, data-driven approach to real estate.
Since launching the company in 2021, Brad has grown it from a single rental property into a specialized portfolio of 6 RV and Manufactured Home Communities with over 250 lots spanning multiple Texas counties. In addition to full-service management, he advises small- to mid-size park owners on how to develop systems, streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.
